Amanda Peet, actress and screenwriter, and husband David Benioff have recently bought a luxurious home in Los Angles, California on Wetherly Drive, after having sold their two bedroom house on Angelo View drive. The house measuring up to 4,340 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms was previously owned by James Cagney has a double gated circular, driveway, a resort style swimming pool and spa.
Amanda and her husband have renovated the house to its former glory. It has a living and dinning room, kitchen that has a breakfast area and pantry, family room, den and library / study. At the back of the house is a detached extra space that can serve as a garage, office or gym. The roof is tiled and the second floor balconies with decorative wrought iron grills and bars. The swimming pool is well secluded surrounded by tall trees and a little far from the house which means swimming is a very private affair. This piece of luxury has costed the couple over $ 4,500,000.
